Board room, Advisory & Supervisory Boards
I offer 25 years of working experiences and contribution to working in Board of directors, advisory boards or supervisory boards. I am educated in Top Governance, I am chairman of board in a Danish company (A/S) and owner of two trading companies in Germany (GmbH) respectively Denmark (ApS).
Is the company sole proprietorships or privately owned and thus not obliged to having a professional Board room the Management is offered consulting and counselling.
