Collaboration on the board is based on trust and loyalty. Below is a selection of "who am I" - my values and attitudes.
Capacity I have no significant financial interests in financial or insurance companies. Neither significant ownership of or financial interests in companies other than my own.
Criminal record I have a clean criminal record, which will be presented upon request.
Values - Working is my hobby. It is no work load. Just sometimes challenging.
- Think positively and constructively: Thoughts become words that become attitudes. Attitudes create habits that become part of our character.
- In the public debate there is on a regular basis a discussion on, whether to law-regulate the proportion of women on the board (as is the cases in the Norway today). In my set of values, women have no need for a legal regulation.
- About board rooms consisting of friends and family: Owners / Board rooms / Supervisory boards should consider: Whether one has a value-creating board or: Trust and confidence precede: Factual, professional skills of board members. And further on they should consider if the board work could be improved and better carried out by a professional, external board member and his network contributing to the company's performance.
